WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I AM BASED IN TEXAS AND PHOTOGRAPH PORTRAITS, COUPLES, ELOPEMENTS, AND WEDDINGS THROUGHOUT THE STATE. I ALSO TRAVEL FREQUENTLY AND LOVE DOCUMENTING STORIES IN NEW PLACES.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I DO! I TRAVEL ACROSS TEXAS AND BEYOND. TRAVEL COSTS VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR SPECIFIC LOCATION. I KEEP MY TRAVEL DESTINATIONS POSTED, SO IF YOU BOOK ME WHEN I'M ALREADY PLANNED TO BE THERE TRAVEL FEES ARE WAiVED!
WE WANT TO INCLUDE OUR DOG IN THE PHOTOS, IS THAT OKAY?
YES - AND I PREFER IT. ALL FURRY, FEATHERY FRIENDS ARE WELCOME HERE.
DO YOU GIVE AWAY RAW/UNEDITED IMAGES?
No, since editing is a crucial part of my creative process, providing raw files would not be my completely finished work. I always ensure a full gallery, full of all of the best photos from your shoot. However, if you feel that something is missing, please don't hesitate to let me know, and I will be happy to go back through and double-check the selection.
IVE NEVER HAD MY PHOTOS TAKEN. WHAT IF IM TOO AWKWARD?
Trust me - you will not look awkward in your photos! Almost every client I've worked with has said the same thing or something similar, however I pride myself in creating a comfortable, minimally-posed, and enjoyable session experience for everyone.
WHAT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BOOK MY SESSION?
A SIGNED CONTRACT AND PAID RETAINER FEE IS DUE IN order to reserve your session date. The retainer fee is 20% of your total session fee and is non-refundable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
WEATHER IS PART OF THE ADVENTURE! IF IT BECOMES UNSAFE OR COMPLETELY UNWORKABLE, WE CAN RESCHEDULE. OTHERWISE, SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND CINEMATIC PHOTOS HAPPEN IN UNEXPECTED WEATHER.
DO YOU GIVE DIRECTION DURING SESSIONS?
YES, BUT NOTHING STIFF OR OVERLY POSED. I GUIDE YOU WITH PROMPTS AND MOVEMENT SO YOU CAN FOCUS ON EACH OTHER RATHER THAN THE CAMERA. THINK MORE WANDERING, LAUGHING, BEING PRESENT TOGETHER RATHER THAN STANDING STILL AND SAYING CHEESE.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR OUR SESSION?
I ALWAYS RECOMMEND OUTFITS THAT FEEL COMFORTABLE AND NATURAL TO YOU. NEUTRAL TONES, EARTHY COLORS, AND TEXTURES PHOTOGRAPH BEAUTIFULLY AND FIT MY EDITING STYLE REALLY WELL. ONCE YOU BOOK, I'LL SEND YOU A PINTEREST BOARD TO HELP YOU CHOOSE PIECES THAT PHOTOGRAPH BEAUTIFULLY TOGETHER.
